Returns & Exchanges

At Black Sheep, we stand behind our gear, but if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
